Cercon® heat plus - simple and efficient

Features at a glance:
• "Plug and Play" device
• Easy to operate with two function keys
• Accommodates approximately 20 units
  per sintering tray
Accommodates 3 sintering trays

With Cercon heat plus we offer you a sintering oven that has been conceived and developed specifically for zirconia - and consequently for Cercon base. Because the sintering process within the CAM production chain is essential for the longevity of the resulting zirconia frameworks, we developed a furnace that gives you perfect sintering results that meet all quality requirements - time after time. The design of the sintering chamber ensures an ideal temperature distribution across all sintering levels. This ideal temperature distribution is further supported by the sintering trays which were designed to facilitate optimum heat circulation. The heating elements which are suspended are protected by a quartz layer that helps ensure their longevity.

Up to three sintering trays can be stacked in the new Cercon heat plus at the same time. This means a considerably enhanced capacity compared with the Cercon heat, making the overall processing of Cercon base even more efficient. The frameworks with all their details milled from Cercon base zirconia blanks are supported by sintering beads, shrinking to their ideal size and final hardness in a welldefined sintering process that takes approximately 8 hours to complete. Because the zirconia material we use is particularly fine-grained, a relatively low sintering temperature of 1.350 °C / 2.462 °F or 1.400 °C / 2.552 °F is fully sufficient, which extends the service life of the unit and reduces your energy costs. With a new maximum sintering temperature of approximately 1.600 °C / 2.912 °F, this new sintering furnace offers you maximum flexibility even for future sintering materials and processes.
